When binding, ensure the straps conform to the contours of the tank and distribute the force evenly to avoid localized overtightening that could damage the tank. Some binding straps are equipped with automatic locking devices to prevent loosening during transport. This method is suitable for short-term transport, temporary storage, or as an auxiliary method to bolt fixing, enhancing stability.
4. Embedded Mount Fixing
Embedded mounting allows for seamless integration between the tank and the mounting surface. A groove matching the bottom shape of the tank is pre-fabricated on the mounting platform. The tank is embedded into the groove, and anti-slip rubber pads can be attached to the inner wall of the groove to increase friction and prevent displacement. Some embedded designs are equipped with side positioning blocks or top pressure strips to further restrict lateral and longitudinal movement of the tank. This method is suitable for scenarios with high space utilization requirements and where tank protrusion must be avoided, such as built-in transport tanks for small equipment.
