To correctly connect the diesel transfer tank and the refueling equipment, you need to strictly follow the operating specifications, from equipment inspection, connection steps to safety protection, to ensure safe and efficient operation:
Inspection before connection:
First confirm that the diesel transfer tank and the refueling equipment are in a static state, and close all valves on both sides. Check whether there is oil, impurities or damage at the oil outlet of the transfer tank and the oil inlet of the refueling equipment. At the same time, check whether the electrostatic grounding device is intact, and ensure that the grounding resistance is less than 10 ohms to prevent static electricity from causing danger.
Select adapter connectors:
Select matching quick connectors, flanges or hose connections according to the interface specifications to ensure that the sealing gasket is intact to avoid diesel leakage. If the interface does not match, it must not be forced to connect, and the adapter adapter must be replaced.
Standard connection steps:
Slowly open the oil outlet valve of the transfer tank, exhaust a small amount of air in the interface and then close it; firmly connect the oil inlet hose of the refueling equipment to the oil outlet of the transfer tank, and tighten the bolts or buckles with a wrench; after confirming that the connection is tight and not loose again, open the oil outlet valve of the transfer tank first, and then slowly open the oil inlet valve of the refueling equipment to control the flow rate to prevent impact.
Process monitoring and finishing:
After connection, observe whether there is leakage at the interface in real time, monitor the pressure and liquid level changes of the transfer tank and refueling equipment to avoid overpressure. After refueling, close the oil outlet valve of the transfer tank first, wait for the diesel in the pipeline to be emptied, then close the oil inlet valve of the refueling equipment, remove the connecting hose, clean the interface and store it properly.
Safety protection:
During the connection process, open flames, smoking or the use of non-explosion-proof electrical appliances are strictly prohibited. Fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting equipment are equipped on site, and operators wear anti-static work clothes and gloves to ensure safe operation.
