Check the valve seals for damage and any signs of leakage. If leakage is found, retighten the valve or replace the sealing components. Return the valve handle to the closed position, clean the equipment, and record the loading/unloading time and volume for future maintenance and management.
4. Handling Operational Abnormalities
If leakage is detected at the bottom loading/unloading valve, immediately stop the operation, close the upstream valve, and wait for the leakage to stop. Investigate the cause of the leakage. If the seals are worn out, replace them immediately. If the valve is damaged, contact a professional for repair. If the valve is stuck and cannot be opened or closed normally, do not force it. Check for blockages inside the valve and clean them before attempting to operate again. If the problem persists, stop the machine for inspection to avoid damaging valve components.
