The relevant person in charge of the Zhumadian City Leading Group for the Elimination of Diesel Trucks in Operation of National III and Below Emission Standards notified the overall progress of the elimination of diesel trucks in operation in the city and in all counties and districts. The meeting redeployed the elimination of diesel trucks operating under the National III and below emission standards in the city to ensure that the elimination tasks assigned by the provincial government were completed on schedule. In particular, Zhumadian City has the lowest recycling and dismantling rate in the province, and there are still 3,080 national three vehicles in the task list that have not yet completed registration cancellation. At the meeting, it was emphasized that relevant departments at all levels in Zhumadian City should upgrade their political positions and take up the responsibility for the elimination of the National Three Cars.
