★ The rubber mill consists of a crushing machine, a motor frame, and a water cooling system. The basic principle is that the material is sheared and milled to achieve the purpose of material crushing by the relative movement of the two grinding discs. Use double water cooling to effectively control the material pulverization temperature to achieve the desired product quality.
★ Maintenance:
1. The main engine center bearings are refueled once every four shifts, and the blower bearings are refueled once a month.
2. The bearing chamber temperature must not exceed 70 degrees.
3. When replacing the roller sleeve, the roller bearing and bearing chamber should be cleaned.
4. Bearings must be properly installed during installation.
