The rubber crusher consists of a crushing main unit, a cyclone separator, an electric control cabinet and a water supply mechanism. The rubber crusher is mainly used for processing waste tires into rubber granules.
The pipeline cyclone separator is integrated with the main machine, and all the electric appliances are concentrated in the electric control cabinet. The water supply mechanism can control the cooling of the whole machine to make the materials work at normal temperature. The main machine is composed of a frame, a feeding mechanism, a motor, a feeding mechanism, a pair of flat (or tapered) fixed grinding and moving grinding discs. In the pulverization chamber, the purpose of pulverization is achieved by shearing and milling. At normal temperature, the quality of the pulverized material is ensured, and the finished powder is fed into the cyclone through the pipeline by the wind force of the fan, and enters the storage bag.
