From this, 5,000 to 60 million scrap tires were newly produced every year, and the annual increase was about 15%. Waste tires are internationally recognized industrial solid waste, which is difficult to degrade under natural conditions. Therefore, the production and accumulation of a large amount of waste rubber has seriously constituted "black pollution". According to the research report of the Industrial Hazardous Solid Waste Management Center, used tires are one of the most harmful wastes that deteriorate the natural environment, destroy vegetation growth, affect human health and endanger the earth's ecological environment. The accumulation of waste rubber tires has begun to affect our living environment.
