Enterprises planning to engage in remanufacturing (hereinafter referred to as "remanufacturing of motor vehicle parts and components") shall meet the following conditions:
(1) Having the ability to recycle used parts that can meet remanufacturing production;
(2) Having technical equipment and production capabilities in disassembly, cleaning, manufacturing, assembly, and product quality inspection;
(3) Having the technical means and ability to detect and identify the performance indicators of used parts;
(4) It has corresponding pollution prevention facilities and capabilities, and meets environmental protection requirements such as related waste disposal;
(5) Establishing and implementing relevant technical quality standards and production specifications for product remanufacturing;
(6) The types of products to be remanufactured shall meet the requirements of relevant national regulations;
(7) Comply with other national laws and regulations and other conditions stipulated by the competent authorities.
