● On May 6, 2019, Premier Li Keqiang, the State Council, recently signed a State Council order promulgating the “Administrative Measures for the Recycling of End-of-Life Motor Vehicles” (State Council Order No. 715), which will take effect on June 1, 2019. The "Administrative Measures for the Recycling of Scrap Vehicles" promulgated by the State Council on June 16, 2001 (State Council Order No. 307) was repealed simultaneously.
