◆ The revision of the standard follows the principles of highlighting scientificity, improving pertinence, reflecting forward-looking, and focusing on coordination, adding requirements for site selection for new construction projects, and clarifying that project site selection should conform to the overall urban planning and land and space planning of the local city. New requirements to be met for dismantling electric vehicles, including a dedicated dismantling site, equipped with specialized facilities and professionals, and dismantling electric shock protection and storage safety management, etc., in order to adapt to the characteristics of power batteries with live power and high environmental pollution risks . Strengthen the requirements for site construction and environmental protection of facilities and equipment, and clarify that dismantling and storage site anti-seepage treatment, waste storage sites and facilities, etc. shall meet relevant state regulations. New regional annual total dismantling production capacity, minimum annual dismantling production capacity of individual enterprises, and stepped operating area requirements were added to guide enterprises to enter the recycling and dismantling industry prudently and rationally. The issuance and implementation of the standard will not only promote the improvement of the industry's dismantling technology and safety and environmental protection, but also help regulate the recycling and dismantling operations of enterprises, and promote the healthy development of the industry.
