In order to promote the comprehensive utilization of used tires, adapt to the new situation of industry development, and guide the healthy development of the industry, based on in-depth investigations, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the “Access Conditions for Tire Retreading Industry” and "Entry Conditions" and the "Interim Measures for the Management of the Admission Announcement of the Comprehensive Utilization of Waste Tire Industry" issued in 2013 were revised. The revised draft is now open for public comment, and the time for this public comment is from December 10, 2019 to December 24, 2019.
