On September 22, Xining Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment issued the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Work Plan for Encouraging the Elimination of Old Vehicles (Diesel Trucks) in Xining City in 2021", clarifying that it will be in this city from June 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008 Diesel trucks with emission standards registered for National III and below are within the scope of this phase-out subsidy. Different amounts of subsidies of 9,000-36,000 yuan/vehicle will be given according to the model.
