1. Site Selection and Environmental Compatibility
The installation site must avoid densely populated areas, fire sources, and important facilities, ensuring a reasonable safe distance from surrounding buildings and structures. The site must be flat and firm with good drainage to prevent rainwater accumulation and soaking of the tank. Simultaneously, sunlight and ventilation should be considered to avoid high-temperature exposure or enclosed spaces that could lead to gasoline evaporation and accumulation, reducing safety hazards and adapting to the actual needs of the storage environment.
2. Foundation Construction Standards
Based on the tank specifications and load-bearing requirements, construct a standard concrete or steel structure foundation. Foundation construction must ensure flatness and stability, allowing for reasonable settlement space to prevent future tank deformation. After construction, strength testing must be conducted to ensure the foundation can support the weight of the tank under full load, preventing tank tilting, leakage, and other problems caused by an unstable foundation.
3. Installation Operation Standards
During installation, strict adherence to design drawings and industry standards is required. Appropriate equipment must be used for tank hoisting to avoid collision damage. All joint connections must be tight, using professional sealing materials to ensure no leakage. After installation, the tank must be checked for levelness and verticality and adjusted to meet requirements. Simultaneously, the static grounding device must be installed to ensure adequate grounding resistance and eliminate the risk of static electricity buildup.
4. Acceptance and Protection Measures
After installation, a comprehensive acceptance test is required, including visual inspection, sealing tests, and pressure tests. The tank can only be put into use after all indicators pass. Subsequently, a protective fence must be erected, clear safety warning signs must be set up, and sufficient fire-fighting equipment must be provided. A regular inspection system should be established to routinely check and maintain the installation location, sealing condition, and protective facilities, and promptly address any potential problems.
