1. Verify Tank Structural Stability
Observe the overall structure of the tank to ensure it is regular, without obvious deformation, dents, or bulges, and that the tank wall and end caps are naturally connected. Check that welds are uniform and full, without cracks, porosity, or slag inclusions, and that connections are firm without loosening. Confirm that the tank's sealing structure is reasonably designed, with tight seals at openings such as manholes and inlet/outlet ports, and that overflow and leakage prevention devices are scientifically laid out to effectively resist shaking and impact during transport.
2. Assess Material Compatibility and Quality
Check that the tank material meets the corrosion resistance and pressure requirements for diesel transport. High-quality materials have a smooth surface free of rust, scratches, and obvious impurities or color differences. Confirm that the material thickness is uniform and can withstand the wear and pressure of long-term use, avoiding safety hazards caused by excessively thin materials. If the material is corrosion-resistant, check that the coating is uniform and dense, without peeling or wrinkling, ensuring it can resist diesel corrosion and environmental damage.
3. Examine the Precision of Manufacturing Process Details
Inspect the surface machining precision of the tank, ensuring there are no burrs, sharp edges, or other defects. Ensure the dimensions of interfaces, flanges, and other components are accurate and fit tightly after installation. Observe the assembly process of valves, pipes, and other auxiliary components, ensuring smooth and unobstructed operation, and eliminating any looseness or leakage risks at joints. High-quality products exhibit standardized coating processes, strong coating adhesion, and clear and complete markings, reflecting the quality control level during production.
4. Verify Functional Performance
Test core functions such as liquid level monitoring and pressure control, ensuring accurate instrument displays and sensitive and reliable alarm devices. Check that anti-static and lightning protection devices are complete and effective, and that grounding connections are secure. Verify the sealing performance during transport, ensuring no diesel leakage or evaporation, stable operation of the conveying system, and precise flow control. Simultaneously verify that the product possesses compliance certifications and meets industry safety and environmental standards, guaranteeing safety and reliability during use.
