1. Routine Visual Inspection

Avoid using corrosive cleaning agents during cleaning; use a cleaning method suitable for the media to ensure no residue remains on the inner wall. After cleaning, allow the tank to dry thoroughly to prevent moisture residue from causing internal corrosion, keeping the tank interior clean and smooth to ensure the quality of stored media.
3. Storage Environment Protection
When not in use or stored, place the tank in a dry, well-ventilated, flat, and firm location, away from high temperatures, open flames, and corrosive substances. To prevent prolonged exposure to sunlight and rain, implement shading and moisture-proof measures to slow down the aging of the tank. Seal all interfaces and openings to prevent dust, debris, or moisture from entering, and avoid subjecting the tank to heavy pressure or impacts to protect its structural integrity.
4. Maintenance of Key Components
Regularly check the reliability of the anti-static grounding device to ensure effective grounding and prevent the accumulation of static electricity. Regularly inspect vulnerable components such as gaskets and sealing rings for aging and deformation, and replace them with new, appropriately sized parts to ensure sealing performance. Regularly calibrate the accuracy and functionality of valves, pressure gauges, and other auxiliary equipment to ensure their normal operation and extend the overall equipment lifespan.
