1. Proper Media Pretreatment
Before entering the storage tank, the media must undergo rigorous purification to remove impurities, suspended solids, and sediments. Processes such as filtration and sedimentation can be used to ensure the media purity meets the tank's usage requirements. Avoid directly injecting media containing impurities to reduce the introduction of sediment and lower the risk of bottom buildup.
2. Optimize the Agitation and Circulation System
Properly configure the agitation device within the tank to ensure uniform media flow and prevent sedimentation caused by localized stagnation. Regularly check the agitator's operating status to ensure stable parameters such as speed and power, maintaining good media circulation. Continuous agitation breaks down the conditions for sediment formation, reducing material adhesion at the bottom.
3. Regular Sewage Discharge and Cleaning
Establish a comprehensive sewage discharge mechanism to promptly remove accumulated water, oil, and sediment from the bottom of the tank. Regularly clean the bottom of the tank, combining this with a thorough cleaning during tank maintenance to remove any attached sediment. Take care to avoid damaging the tank's inner wall during cleaning. After cleaning, thoroughly inspect the tank to ensure no residual contaminants remain.
4. Optimize the internal operating environment of the tank
Ensure proper corrosion protection of the tank's inner wall, selecting an appropriate anti-corrosion coating to prevent rust and impurity buildup. Control the temperature and humidity inside the tank according to the characteristics of the medium to prevent deterioration and precipitation due to environmental changes, and reduce the formation of deposits. Regularly check the tank's internal seals to prevent external impurities from entering and maintain a stable internal environment.
