Inspect pipe connections for looseness and interface seals for aging, as these can lead to leaks or malfunctions. Also check the grounding device for a secure connection to ensure proper static discharge and prevent cascading failures caused by component damage or connection problems.
4. Environmental and Usage Habits Inspection
Inspect the equipment's storage and operating environment. Has it been exposed to humid, high-temperature, or corrosive gas environments for extended periods? These environments accelerate component aging. Check if grounding meets specifications to prevent malfunctions caused by static electricity buildup.
