Mobile diesel tank daily maintenance

1. Check the exterior condition
Carefully inspect the tank for scratches, dents, or rust. If not addressed promptly, these issues may gradually expand and affect the tank's seal. Also, check the fasteners at the connections for signs of looseness to ensure the overall structure is stable and avoid accidents caused by structural problems.
2. Clean the tank regularly with a clean cloth to thoroughly remove dust, oil, and other impurities adhering to the surface. This prevents long-term accumulation of these impurities and corrosion. Use specialized tools to carefully clean away residual oil and small debris at key locations, such as the inlet and outlet ports, to ensure clear passages and prevent impurities from entering the tank and contaminating the diesel, potentially affecting its performance.
3. Check the seals
Pay special attention to ensure the tank's sealing cap, sealing ring, and other components are intact and free of signs of aging, cracking, or damage. Ensure a tight seal to effectively prevent diesel evaporation and waste, while also preventing moisture, dust, and other impurities from entering the tank, thereby protecting the diesel's quality.
4. Pay attention to the storage environment
Place the mobile diesel tank in a flat, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from any sources of fire, heat, or flammable or explosive materials. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent excessive temperatures inside the tank, which could pose a safety hazard. Also, keep the tank away from corrosive substances to prevent corrosion and damage.
5. Check component function
Check each component, including valves and pipes, for proper opening and closing, blockages, leaks, and other abnormalities. Ensure all components are tightly connected and functioning properly. Any problems should be repaired or replaced promptly to ensure the normal and safe operation of the mobile diesel tank.
