Pollution Prevention Action Plan

Continue to fight the tough battle of diesel truck pollution control. Strengthen the prevention and control of pollution from diesel vehicles (machines), adjust the scope of prohibited areas for high-emission non-road mobile machinery, and from July 2023, new heavy goods vehicles will implement the National VI B emission standard. By the end of 2025, vehicles with emission standards of China III and below will be basically eliminated, the use of old gas buses with lean burn technology will be stopped, and Haihe sightseeing boats will be gradually replaced by new energy ships.
