The production process of the tire recycling plant is generally divided into the following steps:
- Preliminary processing: decompose waste tires into raw materials and remove impurities such as tire wire and glue.
- Pulverized rubber: Put the tire raw material into the crusher for preliminary crushing, and then put the crushed material into the fine crusher for more detailed pulverized rubber treatment, and at the same time get two kinds of processing materials of different forms of rubber granule and rubber powder.
- Regeneration production: the obtained colloidal particles or rubber powder is mixed in different proportions, and a series of regeneration additives are added to carry out mixing, extrusion, cutting and other processing steps, and finally produce a variety of recycled rubber products.
- Follow-up treatment: Follow-up treatment is required for some special products, such as adding special colors and assembling into hot-pressed products.
