Transportation Precautions for Fuel Cube Tanks

1. Comprehensive Inspection Before Transportation
Before transportation, a comprehensive inspection of the Fuel Cube Tank is required to ensure the tank is well-sealed and free from leaks or damage. Clean any debris from the tank surface and check the tightness of interfaces, valves, and other components. Perform secondary sealing if necessary. 2. Standardized Loading and Securing Operations
During loading, the tank must be placed stably to avoid tilting or collisions. Use appropriate securing tools to firmly secure the tank to the transport vehicle to prevent displacement due to bumps or shaking during transportation. The loading area must be clean, flat, and free of sharp objects to avoid scratching the tank surface or damaging the sealing structure. After loading, double-check the securing to ensure there is no loosening.
3. Safety and Control During Transportation
During transportation, control the driving speed, drive smoothly, and avoid sudden acceleration, sudden braking, and sharp turns. Take appropriate protective measures based on weather conditions. In hot weather, ensure proper insulation and cooling to prevent the container from absorbing heat and affecting the internal fuel. In rainy weather, take waterproofing measures to prevent rainwater seepage from affecting equipment performance. Make regular stops during the journey to check that the container is securely fixed and free from leaks or other abnormalities.
4. Unloading and Temporary Storage
Unloading requires the use of specialized equipment to assist in slowly and steadily removing the container, avoiding rough handling that could damage it. After unloading, place it in a flat, dry, and well-ventilated temporary storage area, away from fire, heat sources, and flammable and explosive materials. Ensure the storage area is properly marked with safety warnings, assign dedicated personnel to supervise it, and re-inspect the container's condition to ensure safety for subsequent use or secondary transportation.
