1. Preliminary Preparation and Safety Inspection
First, empty any remaining fuel from the tank and transfer it to a compliant container using specialized equipment to avoid fuel waste and leakage risks. Ventilate the tank and surrounding area, and test the fuel concentration in the air to ensure it meets safe operating standards. Disconnect all power and piping connections to the tank, post warning signs, and demarcate a safe working area. Prepare a suitable new tank, seals, tools, and protective equipment. Verify the new tank's qualifications and quality to ensure it meets replacement requirements.

2. Old Tank Dismantling and Site Cleanup
Dismantle connecting components in the order of piping first, then the tank, sealing disconnected pipe joints to prevent impurities from entering. Use specialized lifting equipment to smoothly lift the old tank, avoiding collisions or damage during dismantling that could lead to residual fuel leakage. After dismantling, clean the original installation location, removing debris, rust, and old sealing materials. Check the flatness and load-bearing capacity of the foundation ground; repair and reinforce any damaged foundations to lay a solid foundation for the installation of the new tank.

3. New Tank Installation and Piping Connection
Precisely hoist the new tank to the installation location, adjust its level and verticality, and secure it firmly to prevent displacement. Connect the inlet and outlet oil pipelines, monitoring system, and other components in sequence, ensuring tight connections and proper installation of seals. After connection, check the pipeline routing for rationality, ensuring there are no twists or stresses. Install and test the leakage monitoring device to ensure normal operation and real-time monitoring of the tank's sealing status.

4. Commissioning, Inspection, and Put into Use
Conduct sealing and pressure tests on the new tank, checking for leaks in the pipelines, connections, and the tank itself. Debug the relevant control systems to ensure proper connection of functions such as oil supply and monitoring. Clean up the work site, remove warning signs, and restore the surrounding environment to its original state. Finally, conduct a trial run to observe the tank's operating status, fuel delivery stability, and monitoring system sensitivity. Once all indicators meet the standards, it can be officially put into use.
